Location: Hybrid in Singapore or Australia (2-3 days per week); Fully remote for all other hiring locations.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of major product features and platform enhancements.
- Architect robust AI-first solutions and integrate AI thoughtfully and pragmatically into hirify.global products.
- Strengthen architecture and technical foundations, including performance, reliability, and modularity.
- Establish and refine engineering standards, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering team, providing hands-on coaching and technical leadership.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to ensure clear requirements and delivery expectations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack engineering experience.
- 8+ years leading delivery of complex systems.
- Strong proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, and React or Vue.
- Strong proficiency with relational (Postgres or MySQL) and No-SQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Hands-on experience building and integrating AI-powered features (e.g., LLM-based automation, classification).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
