What you will do

• Perform deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy.
• Provide strategic recommendations to product, monetization, and design teams.
• Build advanced dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with game teams and data engineering.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify areas for optimization across the player journey.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a data/business analyst in a product-driven or gaming organization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau or a similar BI tool.
• Excellent business acumen and the ability to quantify trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills.
• A degree in a quantitative or qualitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience in A/B testing frameworks.
• Background in mobile gaming, social casino, or entertainment analytics.
• Hands-on experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
