What you will do
- Lead solution architecture for complex, multi-cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Design and build tailored AI solutions ranging from Enterprise AI Agent Platforms to RAG-based systems.
- Support the sales team to win new engagements and nurture strategic client relationships.
- Craft new service offerings that define how data and AI value are delivered.
- Mentor and lead within the community, driving innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Get hands-on with production-grade code and modern DevOps or MLOps pipelines to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in digital service development, cloud engineering, and AI/Machine Learning.
- Deep Cloud Expertise, ideally holding advanced certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI & Agent Frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangChain, or CrewAI.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, and modern data stacks like Databricks and Snowflake.
- Experience in consultative selling and leading development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent professional skills in English and Finnish languages.
