What you will do

• Help grow and run the hirify.global for Startups program, representing it at industry events and webinars.
• Guide startups through their program journey: application, onboarding, adoption, and graduation.
• Ensure internal coordination by maintaining structured workflows, clear documentation, and regular reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Foundational experience in a role demonstrating success in project management and reaching defined outcomes.
• A passion for startups and technology, motivated to learn about hirify.global’s products.
• Strong operational and project management skills to prioritize, organize, and keep multiple workstreams on track.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with founders, engineers, and internal teams.
• Process-oriented and rigorous, paying attention to detail and maintaining clean, reliable processes.
