Location: Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office in Nottingham

What you will do

• Act as a trusted contact for client queries, ensuring professional responses with agreed timelines.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, reports, contracts, and client-facing presentations.
• Facilitate and manage communication between sales and central functions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance KPIs, providing actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experience working with or alongside sales teams, with an understanding of the responsibilities, pressures, and workflows.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Oracle Sales Insight (or similar tools).
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in managing expectations and prioritising effectively.
• Ability to interpret sales data and provide meaningful insights.
