What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define and execute sourcing strategies.
- Develop quality talent pipelines for digital, data & analytics, and client services roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviews, feedback, and contracts.
- Ensure a structured, smooth, and inclusive recruitment experience.
- Act as an expert user of recruitment software, ensuring data integrity.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and understand business needs.
Requirements
- Background in Talent Acquisition or in-house recruitment, specifically for Data, Technology, and Insight roles.
- Experience managing all stages of the recruitment process from advertisement to offer.
- Comfortable working in a high-performance environment with agreed performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating emotional intelligence with stakeholders.
- Highly organised, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and the ability to influence.
