TL;DR

Junior Java Developer: Building and optimizing large-scale backend systems for a modern microservices architecture with an accent on scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance. Focus on designing high-availability solutions, asynchronous communication, and processing high volumes of data under significant load.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia/Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: PLN 6,000–10,000 monthly

• Develop large-scale backend systems based on a modern microservices architecture.
• Design solutions with high availability and horizontal scalability.
• Work on systems processing high volumes of data using asynchronous communication.
• Collaborate within a mature, cross-functional team, communicating with Product Owners.
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decision-making for a brand-new project.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a Java Developer.
• Good knowledge of Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
