What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles, ensuring speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, build hiring plans, and execute them.
• Source and engage top-tier talent using various channels to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
• Provide a top-notch candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage data & processes in the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring clean pipelines and reporting.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities, improve processes, and raise hiring standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment, in a fast-scaling startup environment.
• Proven track record of hiring engineers, product managers, and/or data professionals at pace.
• Strong sourcing expertise, with creative and persistent pipeline building.
• Clear, confident communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a deep understanding of ATS workflows.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving, using insights to influence and improve hiring outcomes.
