What you will do

• Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance and support to business units for implementing AI solutions.
• Run hands-on early-stage initiatives, proofs-of-concept, and first-of-a-kind projects.
• Provide education and enablement to teams on AI use in product development and deployment.
• Advise on AI pilots and facilitate best practice sharing across business units.
• Continuously track emerging AI trends, architectures, and integration protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or influencing initiatives across product, business, or technical domains.
• Ability to balance strategic enablement with frequent hands-on technical support.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Google AI Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face, or curiosity to learn.
• Strong understanding of core AI concepts, including large language models, ML workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated awareness of AI architectural patterns and emerging integration standards (e.g., MCP, A2A).
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated ability to contribute directly to AI proofs-of-concept.
• Past experience bridging business and technical teams, particularly in multi-unit or multi-national settings.
• Thought leadership experience (e.g., blogs, talks, internal knowledge-sharing on AI adoption).
• Experience with AI product strategy or technical product management.
• Familiarity with change management, innovation frameworks, or agile transformation.
• Active engagement with the AI community and industry trends.
