What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Consultants, driving performance and engagement.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of multiple products on time, within budget, and to standard.
• Manage utilisation, forecasting, and contractual milestones to protect revenue.
• Act as an escalation point and enable problem-solving across the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Project Managers.
• Embed consistent processes, governance, and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing consultancy or project teams.
• Strong service delivery and project management background (PRINCE2 preferred).
• Experience managing budgets, utilisation, and contractual milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with C-suite executives.
• Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in GovTech or public sector delivery (Education a huge benefit).
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Commercial awareness with focus on maximising revenue and utilisation.
