What you will do

• Own and develop the visual direction of a sports & betting project across social media.
• Create visual concepts and creative content formats.
• Design, adapt, and maintain editable templates for different formats and languages.
• Maintain and evolve project guidelines and the visual asset library.
• Prepare design layouts for animation and work with existing motion design templates.
• Collaborate closely with other designers and the marketing team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic or communication designer.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and animation principles.
• A solid portfolio with examples of commercial works for digital media and social platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including photo retouching, processing, and styling.
• Experience using AI tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, OpenArt, Firefly, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of the visual direction, and clearly justify design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the sports industry or betting companies.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (working with templates, expressions, performance optimization via plugins).
• Experience with 3D graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Basic understanding of sound design and audio processing for motion content.
