Location: Hybrid in Cracow, Poland. This position may involve working from 13:00 to 21:00.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot application issues within Capture, especially eInvoice-related problems.
• Support customers, partners, and consultants, providing clear and timely explanations.
• Stay updated with new features and product developments for efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of support cases and resolutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Solid general understanding of technology and comfort in technical environments.
• Experience working with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes of technical problems.
• Ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable solutions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering effective support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Previous experience with AP Automation, Capture, Procurement, or other SaaS applications.
