What you will do

• Conduct market assessments and analysis to identify localization needs in new regions or for new products.
• Manage the localization budget, including forecasting expenses.
• Support quality standards and create quality control procedures for translations and localized content.
• Collaborate with other departments to align localized content with the company's strategy and user needs.
• Provide training and consultations for colleagues from other departments on best localization practices.
• Oversee localization efforts for products across 5+ languages, including marketing creatives, educational content, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the localization industry.
• English: Native or professional proficiency (C1+) and desirable at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Ukrainian.
• Ability and experience setting up localization process from scratch.
• Experience in localization into multiple languages.
