What you will do

• Provide expert advice on complex business queries, including licensing, product compliance, and conduct risk.
• Lead second-line advisory for Client Asset Protection and Safeguarding.
• Drive the drafting, reviewing, and development of regulatory policies and internal controls.
• Design and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) and oversee regulatory reporting.
• Perform compliance scanning across all active jurisdictions and conduct horizon scanning for new requirements.
• Provide day-to-day management, mentorship, and performance oversight for a team of Senior Compliance Analysts.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of regulations applicable to Electronic Money, Payment Services, and Investment Firms.
• Deep experience in record keeping, log keeping, and maintaining robust audit trails.
• Expert analytical skills for interpreting complex legislation and regulatory papers across various jurisdictions.
• Proven background in regulatory compliance, monitoring, or assurance within a regulated financial services firm (FinTech or Payments preferred).
• Fluency in English is essential for excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing tight deadlines.
