Junior Product Manager

What you will do

• Translate product ideas into detailed requirements, specifications, and prototypes, working with Product Designers and the Engineering team.
• Participate in status updates to track team progress and assist in testing and validating features before launch.
• Support the product launch process by creating product documentation and performing product demonstrations.
• Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their journey and gather feedback.
• Conduct research through customer interactions, market studies, and competitor analysis to generate new product ideas.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product management in SaaS or B2B environment.
• Solid understanding of UX design and basic understanding of web development.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
• Currently residing in Europe and legally eligible to work full-time under an employment contract.
• Experience with product management software like Productboard, Jira Product Discovery.
