What you will do

• Design and own an AI-first documentation strategy for the product organization.
• Define how AI is used to generate, update, and maintain product documentation across its lifecycle.
• Build and maintain documentation systems where AI produces first drafts, summaries, and updates and humans review, refine, and approve where needed.
• Partner with Product Managers to structure inputs so AI can reliably generate high-quality documentation.
• Establish clear quality bars and review workflows for AI-generated content.
• Oversee documentation across product strategy narratives, platform documentation, API documentation, and Product Operations playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Writing, Product Writing, Knowledge Management, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate, summarize, or structure technical content.
• Strong understanding of modern product development and platform architectures.
• Systems thinking; ability to design workflows, not just documents.
• Excellent editorial judgment and ability to set and enforce quality standards.
• Ability to partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Design.

Nice to have

• Experience with API or developer documentation.
• Experience building documentation frameworks or knowledge systems.
