What you will do

• Oversee a team of creatives for both copy and design, providing leadership and guidance.
• Art direct and produce high-quality, innovative work across various platforms.
• Manage the full creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring brand alignment.
• Prepare finished artwork files compliant with output specifications and digital requirements.
• Actively explore and implement new GenAI techniques, explaining them to the wider user base.
• Work with product and engineering teams to test GenAI features and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Strong ideation and concepting skills for digital and social campaigns.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills, with experience in Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Good understanding of the digital landscape and social asset development.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Passion for AI and new technologies, with a willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
• Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off.
