What you will do

• Lead strategic development by researching suitable regulated jurisdictions and overseeing the gambling licensing process.
• Build and operate the business end-to-end, including product, operations, compliance, and payments.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from architecture and roadmap definition to launch and iteration.
• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics to optimize business performance.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on, and highly independent leader with experience building and scaling digital products or businesses.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and make sound decisions under uncertainty.
• Strong intuition for product, growth, and execution, thinking like a founder with full ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable leading teams, working closely with engineers, and involved in both strategic and operational details.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET to ensure optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
