What you will do

• Own, build, and maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align long-term product strategy with sprint execution.
• Translate high-level roadmap epics into actionable features for engineering teams.
• Lead all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Supervise sprint progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between development teams and business units.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Owner or Business Analyst (3-5 years) in an Agile environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience working closely with development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
