What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals for Workplace Technology.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality end-user support and manage corporate IT infrastructure.
• Manage and support business applications including Slack, Miro, Confluence, Jira, M365, and Google Workspace.
• Ensure smooth operation of all workplace technology services and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead and manage IT projects related to workplace technology initiatives.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for all workplace technology systems and services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT, with a focus on workplace technology or corporate IT.
• Solid experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong technical skills in end-user support, desktop management, and cloud services (M365, Google Workspace).
• Experience with Microsoft (M365, Intune, Active Directory) and Apple (MacOS, iOS) administration, with a focus on automation.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices for workplace technology.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with automation and scripting.
• Experience with security tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in German.
