What you will do
- Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and recommendations to prospects and customers.
- Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews.
- Assist in response to Request for Proposals/Information.
- Represent hirify.global at trade shows, seminars, and other company events.
- Document customer's technical requirements and build Proof-of-Concept (POC) documentation.
- Provide support for hirify.global Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support and/or implementation engineer in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Applications, and/or Enterprise Security Applications.
- 7+ years of experience working for global software vendors.
- Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Databases, and Network Devices.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Working knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V and SkyTap virtual environments.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH.
- Building, supporting, and selling security solutions experience preferred.
- Experience with hirify.global products.
- API and Webhook Scripting.
