What you will do

• Develop and deploy the organizational sales strategy and best practices.
• Drive sales process and performance management within the department.
• Provide direction to sales individual contributors to improve sales skills and drive quota attainment.
• Develop account plans with sales executives that position hirify.global Actimize capabilities.
• Analyze customer’s business situations to identify gaps and new opportunities.
• Create and execute high revenue, multi-year business plans with the sales executives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience selling multiple software products and services into financial services accounts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a software or technology sales team is preferred.
• Comprehensive leadership abilities around coaching employees and proactively managing performance.
• Exceptional communication and presentations skills that build confidence and credibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ or VP level business users to influence strategic application of hirify.global Actimize solutions.
• Travel up to 50%.
