Salary: $280,000–$320,000 OTE (50/50 split)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and motivate an enterprise sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives and target enterprise accounts.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to senior management in partnership with Sales Ops.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience leading enterprise or commercial/mid-market sales representatives in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of full-cycle, B2B sales experience in complex software or security.
• Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory account mapping, research, and planning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and engage varied audiences.
• Expert understanding of complex security challenges and how advanced product features mitigate them.
• Proficient in leveraging CRM and sales tools to enhance business processes and outcomes.
