What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, and strategically align multiple engineering teams.
• Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of the product roadmap.
• Define, refine, and optimize the engineering operating model.
• Act as a knowledgeable AI practitioner, promoting its responsible usage.
• Guide teams in building scalable hybrid solutions (on-premises and cloud).
• Own the end-to-end release process, including planning and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing several engineering teams.
• Strong understanding and practical application of reverse Conway’s law.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining and optimizing organizational operating models.
• Practical experience with AI technologies and a willingness to advocate their proper use.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement (kaizen) and driving change.
