Sr. Engineering Manager (Social)

Location: New York City, Hybrid (3 days per week)

Salary: $128,000.00 - $253,000.00

What you will do

• Lead a team of motivated engineers and develop large-scale distributed services for hirify.global's Social products.
• Oversee integrations with Social Integration Platforms, understanding business strategies and hirify.global’s goals.
• Define processes and structures that enable the growth and execution of a diverse engineering organization.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on product and business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers through brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and pair-programming.
• Optimize SDLC processes, including implementing CI/CD.

Requirements

• 9+ years of programming experience using languages such as Python.
• 3+ years of Hands-on experience working in big data systems using BigQuery, Airflow, and building data pipelines at scale.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Experience working with DevOps domain - working with build servers, Docker, and container clusters (kubernetes).
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Nice to have

• 1+ Years of experience in Online Advertising technology.
• Expertise in dbt and BigQuery.
