What you will do

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations.
• Support lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses for accurate and timely submissions.
• Participate in discovery and opportunity engagement, understanding customer needs.
• Articulate the business value of hirify.global solutions to prospects and customers.
• Secure technical wins for opportunities by effectively presenting solutions and value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
• Good understanding of common operating systems and network topologies.
• Familiarity with foundational security concepts and practices.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
• Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certifications.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales experience.
• Basic working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products.
• Experience with security solutions such as anti-malware, data protection, firewalls, and mobile/email/web security.
