What you will do

• Design, implement, and validate game telemetry to capture meaningful player data.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and other data manipulation techniques.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs, feature performance, and economy balance.
• Apply causal inference and experimental design methods to assess the real impact of changes and features.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and producers to define data needs and share actionable insights.
• Present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and external clients.

Requirements

• Experience in the games industry or with player behavior analytics is essential
• SQL expertise for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Proficiency with at least one major data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and data modeling techniques.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods for experimentation design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scripting or statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
