CGI Producer

TL;DR

CGI Producer (Automotive): Managing the daily production and delivery of automotive CGI projects for 3D models and configurator assets with an accent on costing, planning, and liaising with Artists and clients. Focus on monitoring project progress against published timings, raising any risk items that may affect delivery, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget & free of errors.

Location: Must be in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between various internal teams from both US and UK offices.
• Coordinate and traffic CGI projects through all departments, following established processes.
• Create estimates and issue timing plans to accompany CGI projects.
• Monitor the progress and completion of projects, escalating any risk items that may affect delivery.
• Lead regular project status meetings with the client and CGI production teams.
• Manage project files and logs according to outlined standards.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Project Manager/Producer within CGI or the Automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• A positive communicator, able to coordinate internal teams positively and confidently.
• Pragmatic and analytically minded, able to adapt to changing deadlines and briefs, predict potential issues and problem solve.
• Experience of working within a project management environment.
• PC and Mac knowledge, preferably with some knowledge of Microsoft products (primarily building spreadsheets in Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
