Account Manager

What you will do

• Act as an Account brand/QC guardian and understand client business needs.
• Handle local market client campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Monitor internal workflows, identify improvements, and manage project timelines and forecasts.
• Control budgets and scope of work, assisting with financial reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for stakeholders and coordinate with internal departments and agencies.
• Manage end-to-end AV, Print, and Digital adaptation processes.
• Support and train Account Managers/Executives within the team.

Requirements

• Fluent/native oral and written English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role.
• Essential experience in Adaptations, Transcreation, and Localisation.
• Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and a client-focused attitude.
