What you will do

• Create, correct, and deliver consistent quality artwork based on project briefs.
• Ensure appreciation, adherence, and enforcement of hirify.global's key policies.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of brands and ensure all work adheres to client guidelines.
• Communicate articulately with all stakeholders, sharing and documenting issues or knowledge.
• Support your Team Leader/Production Manager and mentor Junior team members.
• Manage your workload efficiently, flagging any downtime for utilization across studio teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic designing for the print advertisements industry.
• Advanced competence in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Fluent oral and written English essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, prioritization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Amenable to a shifting schedule and hybrid work (onsite/work from home).
