What you will do

• Lead strong, effective design and art direction for high-frequency, multi-platform content localization.
• Act as brand guardian, owning the client’s identity and brand voice.
• Maintain creative standards while considering country and regional nuances.
• Provide hands-on design and art direction through to the production of deliverables.
• Lead and motivate a small creative studio, managing outputs and negotiating priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years working within a Design role, ideally within advertising or design agencies.
• Ability to communicate with consumers via compelling, creative storytelling.
• Broad background in design and creative across all mediums.
• Experience with localization and transcreation of master assets.
• Strong craft and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of platform-first creative.
• Excellent English skills and ability to work with global teams across time zones.
