What you will do

• Build personalized campaigns using XMPie tools (uCreate Print, uDirect, uProduce).
• Design and modify Adobe InDesign templates with dynamic content via uCreate Print.
• Configure multi-touch, multi-channel print campaigns using uProduce and uPlan.
• Perform thorough testing, QA, and troubleshooting of output files (PDFs, landing pages).
• Collaborate with designers, data analysts, and project managers to meet project goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Interaction Design).
• Expert-level proficiency in XMPie, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for AI, automation, and problem-solving.
• Strong strategic and technical skills to assess and implement solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Switch.
