What you will do

• Build strong client and team relationships.
• Manage the day-to-day localization workflow, assigning projects to linguists and collaborating with internal production teams.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as translation agencies and freelancers.
• Monitor timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure project trackers are up-to-date.
• Identify bottlenecks and work with senior team members to resolve them.
• Act as a brand QC/Guardian, ensuring brand guidelines and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience gained working on global Marketing accounts, ideally with a localization background.
• Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations, internal processes and department involvement
• Demonstrable experience in managing large scale, complex and multi -market projects
• Proficient with technology and tools, including CAT tools, but also project management and CMS tools
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Must be able to commit to onsite/hybrid set -up in BGC
