What you will do

• Understand creative requirements for a campaign brief.
• Match the best director or photographer for a brief within budget limitations.
• Advise agency and client teams on appropriate production capturing technologies.
• Coordinate different production capturing teams to consolidate budgets and timelines for complex campaign requirements.
• Balance and reconcile complex production budgets with strong financial acumen.
• Oversee smooth and efficient post-production to meet deadlines, understanding potential pitfalls.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as an agency producer.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, creatively resourceful, and solution-driven with a positive attitude.
• Maintain lasting intercompany relationships within the Moving Image and Account Management teams.
• Organized and works well under pressure, adapting to quick turnarounds and timelines.
• Ability to travel overseas on extended periods for overseas shoot productions.

Nice to have

• Production experience in a production house, photography studio, or post-production facility.
