What you will do

• Ensure assets are delivered on time through various CMS tools.
• Manage asset distribution and maintain accurate records.
• Work with the Project Manager and Producers to ensure timings are met and keep leads up to date on progress and status.
• Track and report on the status of all assets.
• Create clear briefs and brief out uploads to teams.
• Create and manage matrices and check off assets against guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project/Asset Management delivery.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good process-based thinker that can still be creative with workflows.
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on one specific part of the PM process but with an understanding of the bigger picture.
• Proactive and able to use time to set themselves up for success.
