What you will do
- Contribute to the development and execution of market-specific content strategies that align with brand global direction while resonating with local cultural nuances and trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning through to production execution and optimisation.
- Act as the hub between brand, social, and content pods, working with Community Specialists to analyse content performance metrics and adapt content strategy.
- Support brand managers with the creation of clear and insightful briefs that inform agency partners and the local creator ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading creative content teams or projects, ideally in the Wellbeing & Beauty category or a related industry.
- Expertise in the production of social and content assets, with experience across integrated campaign work a bonus.
- Experience as a social media content creator with a strong understanding of local culture and platform nuances and trends.
- Proven strategic & creative skills with a track record of creating engaging, on-brand content.
- Comfort using analytics to measure content performance and make data-informed decisions to optimise content strategy.
Nice to have
- Experience using generative AI tools for content creation.
- Understanding of working with agencies across different regions, respecting cultural differences and adapting communication styles.
