What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product, development, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Support system implementations and assist in UAT.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Exposure to software development or IT projects.
• Experience collaborating with international or remote teams.
