What you will do
- Provide timely and efficient support for client inquiries and service requests.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on reported bugs and technical issues.
- Continuously improve processes, procedures, and tools for client support.
- Resolve basic technical tasks independently and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
- English: B2 level minimum, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and flexible for working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 gaming environment.
- Proficiency in time management and task prioritization.
- Basic understanding of technology, including Unix systems, MySQL, REST APIs, HTTP, and JavaScript.
- Comfortable working with MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and online gaming operations.
- Familiarity with technical terminology related to account management, gameplay, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience as a gamer or strong interest in video games.
- Prior experience working with iGaming companies.
