TL;DR

Integration Support Engineer: Providing timely and efficient technical support for client inquiries and reported issues in a 24/7 gaming environment with an accent on improving processes and ensuring prompt resolution. Location: Must be based in Poland (inferred from contract types and currency)

Salary: UoP - 7,500 PLN gross- 8,500 PLN gross; B2B - 9,750 PLN net+vat - 11,050 PLN net+vat

What you will do

  • Provide timely and efficient support for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on reported bugs and technical issues.
  • Continuously improve processes, procedures, and tools for client support.
  • Resolve basic technical tasks independently and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth communication and effective issue resolution.

Requirements

  • English: B2 level minimum, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible for working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 gaming environment.
  • Proficiency in time management and task prioritization.
  • Basic understanding of technology, including Unix systems, MySQL, REST APIs, HTTP, and JavaScript.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and online gaming operations.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology related to account management, gameplay, and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience as a gamer or strong interest in video games.
  • Prior experience working with iGaming companies.
