Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

What you will do
- Optimizing and driving performance of hirify.global’s lifecycle marketing revenue program.
- Translate strategy into executional excellence by partnering with marketplace and healthcare teams.
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing performance, including forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Build a high-performing creative engine and develop testing frameworks.
- Lead A/B and incrementality testing to drive step-change improvements in performance.
- Collaborate with marketplace, healthcare, and product teams to drive growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years managing lifecycle marketing programs for 500K+ users at consumer-tech companies, particularly mobile apps using a modern CRM tech stack (Braze preferred).
- Deep familiarity with email, push, SMS, and in app channels and how to optimize them.
- Deep understanding of revenue generation strategies and tactics across the customer lifecycle.
- Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing channel best practices with a trained eye for what wins and why.
- Exceptional analytical thinker —adept at structuring and executing complex analyses to uncover insights.
- Clear and persuasive communicator—able to synthesize insights into clear narratives and align stakeholders.
