What you will do

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data analysis and data mining.
• Provide critical insights on product usage, campaign performance, segmentation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Build ad-hoc analyses, reports, dashboards, and long-term projects to uncover new insights and measure progress.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytical needs, KPIs, and metrics.
• Deliver clear, impactful presentations that translate complex problems into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
• Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strategic influencing ability.
• Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with data mining techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning).
• Familiarity with AWS, Spark/PySpark, and Airflow.
• Background in digital marketing, sales, or strategy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
