What you will do
- Build and scale a direct sales organization in EMEA and APAC.
- Lead EMEA sales teams, selling Idera brand software to mid-size to Fortune 100 companies.
- Translate organizational vision, mission, and values into actionable strategies for regional sales teams.
- Implement large-scale, successful sales practices in collaboration with partners, demand generation, and product teams.
- Identify valuable emerging markets and form competitive sales strategies.
- Act as a strong leader, coach, and mentor for the sales team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales management experience in the technology sector.
- Proven ability in sales planning, forecasting, resource management, and applying sales methodologies.
- Experience building and scaling large-scale inside sales practices to meet business goals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and timelines.
- Strong communication, analytical, and networking skills.
