What you will do

• Strategize, build, and launch a comprehensive affiliate marketing program tailored for the crypto trading community.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates within the crypto ecosystem.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.
• Work with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored for crypto affiliate partners.
• Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to relevant compliance guidelines and provide regular reports on program performance, key metrics, and insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager/Account Executive or in a similar partnership development role.
• Demonstrable experience in recruiting and managing a diverse portfolio of affiliates, ideally within crypto, fintech, or trading verticals.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and performance metrics.
• Native fluency in crypto culture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to crypto traders or within the prop trading landscape specifically.
• Existing relationships with crypto influencers, trading educators, or community leaders.
• Familiarity with crypto prop firms and their evaluation/funding models.
• Experience with specific affiliate marketing software or networks relevant to the crypto/financial industry.
• Personal trading experience in crypto perpetuals, spot, or DeFi.
