Pricing Specialist (ERP)

Location: Hybrid - Remote/Onsite in Mindelo, Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Analyze and manage the VSTS project management system, ensuring correct prioritization of work requests and backlog items.
• Investigate system bugs, review ERP and database data, and propose enhancements and code changes.
• Coordinate functionality testing at the end of each development sprint/release.
• Act as the main point of contact with IT teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely follow-up, and appropriate technical support.
• Prepare SQL queries to support process improvements, data cleaning, reporting, and analytics.
• Support global rollouts through testing, validation, and troubleshooting, partnering with IT to identify and mitigate system or process gaps.

Requirements

• College degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation, Project Management, Finance, Pricing, or similar technical roles.
• Experience with SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-impact global team.

Nice to have

• IT project experience; SAP implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in programming languages (Javascript, HTML, PHP, Python, SQL/MySQL).
• Experience with CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, or interface integrations.
