TL;DR

Software Engineer, Creator Knowledge (Fullstack): Enhancing how Creators learn and access information on hirify.global by working on projects that automate documentation generation and enhance content delivery. Focus on expanding content coverage, keeping it up to date, and ensuring it reaches Creators where and when they need it.

Location: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in San Mateo, CA, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $153,120—$195,780 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to fullstack development on the Documentation Site, Homepage, Search and Notification systems.
• Own projects from technical specification through execution and launch with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with product, design and cross-team partners to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates to support team growth.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on working experience with a BS degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
• Experience in programming languages such as Javascript, C# or Lua.
• Track record of shipping consumer-facing products from conception to launch.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with A/B testing.
• Familiarity in content management systems.
• Familiarity in search or recommendation systems.
