What you will do
- Ideate, shoot, and edit video content for social and brand channels including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
- Rapidly prototype new formats and publish frequently in a fast-moving environment.
- Produce reactive content within 24–48 hours when needed.
- Work closely with Global Creative and US Social teams and report to the Senior Creative Lead.
- Collaborate with PR, Brand, Product, Editorial, and Performance teams to create versatile video assets.
- Manage filming, lighting, audio, and production needs independently when required.
- Maintain high visual, editorial, and storytelling standards across all outputs.
- Stay plugged into internet culture, tech trends, and sustainability narratives to inform ideas.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in video content creation, videography, or production.
- Proven ability to independently ideate, shoot, and edit end-to-end.
- Strong visual judgment, taste, and editorial instincts.
- Solid camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
- Native-level English writing skills for scripts, hooks, and captions.
- Organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working at speed.
Nice to have
- Experience working on social-first or internet-native brands.
- Familiarity with YouTube production workflows or long-form storytelling.
- Interest in tech, repair culture, sustainability, or internet culture.
