What you will do

• Maintain clear and consistent communication across multiple platforms to ensure team members are aware of expectations and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including organizing feedback, monitoring deliverable status, and balancing shifting schedules.
• Develop project schedules, set up internal meetings, and distribute detailed recaps with assigned next steps.
• Support client partners and project managers in tracking project schedules, updating Smartsheet, supporting the creative team, and managing resource requests.
• Ensure brand standards are met and serve as additional quality control on all managed work.
• Troubleshoot solutions to problems, escalating risks to the appropriate management channels as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management at an ad agency, design firm, or marketing-related firm.
• Strong people and relationship-building skills, with the ability to function as both a team member and a leader.
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet.
