TL;DR

What you will do

• Understand key financial reporting data sources for IP development.
• Own related dataflows, data visualization, and key metrics.
• Dissect complex data sets, interpret results critically, and derive insights.
• Work with PMO, RND, and finance partners to analyze findings and enable data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience using Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of key financial metrics for project value assessment.
• Experience with Python, Tableau, Jira, and PowerBI.
• Understanding of project development cycle as part of the PMI framework.
