What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on website initiatives.
• Act as a Delivery Lead within pod-based teams, ensuring timely execution and clear prioritization.
• Manage project intake, scheduling, backlog prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Implement legal and compliance feedback, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate closely with UX/design, engineering, and channel teams to support email and web deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and OKRs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or marketing operations roles.
• Strong experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on website execution.
• Proven expertise in project management and agile marketing practices, including backlog management and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with work management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating creative, compliance, and technical teams in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• AI tooling proficiency to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
• Experience working in pod-based or matrixed delivery models.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance processes and recordkeeping requirements.
