What you will do
- Partner with GTM leaders to define and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting company growth and revenue.
- Create and manage program plans, timelines, and success metrics, identifying risks and ensuring clear ownership.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and RevOps on goals and dependencies.
- Lead key cadences to maintain momentum, accountability, and consistent progress.
- Navigate ambiguity, anticipate blockers, and remove roadblocks while maintaining trust and transparency.
- Act as an executional right hand to the CRO and GTM Leadership team, turning strategy into coordinated execution.
Requirements
- Experience working with Go-to-market teams, ideally within SaaS/Payments companies.
- Strategic and critical thinker who can connect dots and objectively analyze input to form proposed action plans.
- Natural cross-functional collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing senior sales leadership.
- Fast learner, self-starter, thriving in dynamic environments.
- Clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
- English: B2 required.
