What you will do
- Partner with the Marketing Leadership Team to support prioritization and decision-making using data-driven insights.
- Manage the cadence of business, facilitating leadership meetings and tracking follow-up actions.
- Lead the annual planning process and monitor progress on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-ready updates, briefings, and communications.
- Develop and maintain standardized marketing processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Own the administration of marketing project management tools and establish governance for campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or a related marketing leadership role.
- Proven success balancing strategic planning with operational execution.
- Expertise in marketing process design, governance, and performance measurement.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS or technology industry experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent project/program management experience.
- Change management expertise and process improvement skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools for marketing efficiency.
